Cancellation And Refund
Charitra Vastra believes in supporting its customers to the fullest extent possible and therefore follows a customer-friendly and liberal cancellation policy. Please read the following terms carefully:
Order Cancellation:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process, cancellation may not be possible.

Charitra Vastra does not accept cancellation requests for certain product categories such as perishable or personalized items, including but not limited to flowers, edible items, or custom-made garments. However, refunds or replacements may be offered if the customer can clearly demonstrate that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.

Such requests will be processed only after verification by the merchant/vendor. Upon validation, appropriate action such as replacement or refund will be initiated.
Product Not as Expected:

If you believe that the product received is not as displayed on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery.

The complaint will be reviewed by our team, and a suitable resolution will be offered at the sole discretion of Charitra Vastra.
Manufacturer Warranty Claims:

For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, any issues or defects should be directed to the respective manufacturer, as per their warranty terms.
Refund Process:

In cases where a refund is approved by Charitra Vastra, the amount will be credited to the customer’s original mode of payment within 6–8 business days.
